Cancellation & Early Checkout Policy – Iqra Beach Hotel
In case your travel plans change, please ensure that any cancellations or amendments are communicated in writing to the Iqra Beach Hotel Reservations team in order to process your refund accordingly. Below are the guidelines for modifications and cancellations:
Modification / Cancellation of Online Bookings
Any request for modification or cancellation of bookings made online will be processed automatically through our Internet Booking Engine.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation rules mentioned below.
Re-booking Policy
In the case of a re-booking, any rate difference due to date/room changes must be paid, subject to availability.
Additional charges can be paid using the same payment method used for the original reservation.
Cancellation & Date Change Charges
The following penalty structure will apply for cancellations or date changes:

Note: If a booking made online is later modified or cancelled through the Iqra Beach Hotel’s Reservations or Sales Office, it cannot be further modified or cancelled online.
Agent Bookings
If the booking was made through a Travel Agent, the refund will be processed only by the issuing Travel Agent.
No refunds will be processed online for such reservations.
Non-Cancellable Bookings
For non-cancellable bookings, no refund will be issued.
Some room rates and types may have restrictions and limited refund eligibility.
Early Checkout Policy
In case of early checkout, you are liable to pay the entire amount of the originally confirmed reservation.

Refund Policy
Refunds for refundable bookings will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
The actual time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement may vary depending on:
Your bank’s processing time
Your credit card billing cycle
The refund eligibility depends on factors including the Iqra Beach Hotel cancellation policy, cancellation timing, and any applicable processing fees.
If Reservation is Not Confirmed
If your reservation is not confirmed, no amount will be charged to your credit card.
Any held amount will be immediately released, though it may take 7–10 business days to reflect on your statemen
